We offer FREE economy shipping for all of our bundles. Economy shipping is also FREE domestically for any orders over $85. Standard or expedited shipping is available for an additional fee on all domestic orders.

Why is my order being shipped in different packages?
We store inventory at different locations. Some of our items come directly from the manufacturers. These products will have it listed in their product descriptions.

We offer shipping through USPS, UPS, and DHL.
When will I receive my order?
Orders shipped via economy shipping take about 5-8 business days to arrive if within the domestic US. Standard shipping can take 3-5 days business days to arrive if within the domestic US. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. Please allow 5-7 business days on average for your order to be packed.
Why is my item arriving in a reused box?
We are committed to using reusable, recyclable, or biodegradable packaging materials and supplies. In an effort to reduce landfill waste and be as eco-friendly as possible, your items may arrive in a clean and sturdy reused box.
What happens if my order gets stuck or lost in the mail?
All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
Will I be charged for customs and taxes?
