Products
Where are your garments made?
Garments and products designed and branded by Rainbow Sprout Baby Co. are manufactured in China by factories that are in compliance with Chinese Labor Laws and some of our facilities even have SA8000 certificates. If the GOTS certified organic cotton garment is sourced from one of our partner brands, the location will be listed under the product details. Chinese Labor Law compliance and GOTS certification ensure that there is never child labor, and that workers have safe working environments, capped hours, and fair wages.
What type of dyes do you use?
We only use AZO / heavy-metal free, eco-friendly, water-based dyes to make sure our garments are super gentle and naturally hypoallergenic on your little ones skin.
Are your snaps nickel-free?
Yes! Our metal snaps are nickel and lead free!
Are garments made with 100% organic cotton?
Our garments are made with GOTS certified organic cotton and almost all are made with 100% organic cotton. A few items, such as our swimwear have to be made with polyester and spandex in order to be durable and chlorine-resistant in the water. This material also protects from UV rays.

Do your garments have flame retardants or formaldehyde?
No. Unlike conventional cotton, organic cotton is made without harmful pesticides or chemicals, like formaldehyde or flame retardants, which are dangerous for your child’s skin and for the environment.
What is organic cotton? What are the benefits?
Organic cotton is grown without the use of harmful chemicals and pesticides, which means less contamination of our soil and water sources, safer working conditions for our farmers and factory workers, and less skin irritation for our babies. Production without toxic chemicals and harsh dyes leads to softer, breathable fabrics that are more durable and longer-lasting.
Over 20,000 people die annually from exposure to harmful chemicals during the production of conventional cotton. We believe in the safest products for our babies and choose organic.
Payments + Orders
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.
How secure is my online order?
When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us at wecare@rainbowsproutbabyco.com if you need to change or cancel your order. If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the original method of payment.
Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be changed or cancelled.
Can I use several discount codes in one order?
Promotion and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts unless stated otherwise.
Do I need to have an account to place an order?
No, you can also place an order as a guest. But, there are some perks if you have an account with us:
