Refund policy

We get it.  You are likely planning for a baby's arrival, busy with a newborn, chasing a toddler around the house, or shopping for someone who is. 

This is why we have a 365-day no-hassle return policy, which means you have 365 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We will glady accept returns for a full refund within 30 days or store credit up to 365 days from the original date of purchase.

If you are dissatisfied, for any reason, with a product you purchased from rainbowsproutbabyco.com, you may initiate a return by submitting a return request.

To start a return, you can follow the steps below or contact us at wecare@rainbowsproutbabyco.com. 

Submit a return request

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

1. Log in to your account:
1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is received by us, you receive a refund.

Damages / Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a return, and once the return is processed, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If a coupon code was used for the original purchase, please contact us so that it can be honored with your exchange purchase.


Delivery Related

Incorrect Shipping Information

If packages are returned to Rainbow Sprout Baby Company, LLC due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.  Rainbow Sprout Baby Company, LLC is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Rainbow Sprout Baby Company, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.  Upon inquiry, Rainbow Sprout Baby Company will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.
