We get it.  You are likely planning for a baby's arrival, busy with a newborn, chasing a toddler around the house, or shopping for someone who is. 

This is why we have a 365-day no-hassle return policy, which means you have 365 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We will glady accept returns for a full refund within 30 days or store credit up to 365 days from the original date of purchase.

If you are dissatisfied, for any reason, with a product you purchased from rainbowsproutbabyco.com, you may initiate a return by submitting a return request.

To start a return, you can visit our Returns Center or contact us at wecare@rainbowsproutbabyco.com. 

We will notify you once we have received your return request.  If within the 30-day window, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method when we have received the items unless you opt for store credit.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you would like to return or exchange a gift, please contact us at wecare@rainbowsproutbabyco.com with order and/or purchaser information and we would be happy to assist you with this. 

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a return, and once the return is processed, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If a coupon code was used for the original purchase, please contact us so that it can be honored with your exchange purchase.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If packages are returned to Rainbow Sprout Baby Company, LLC due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.  Rainbow Sprout Baby Company, LLC is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Rainbow Sprout Baby Company, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.  Upon inquiry, Rainbow Sprout Baby Company will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.
